When you follow a link from a tour page, say a Scandola cruise or a Bonifacio catamaran, you leave this site and arrive at the live booking page run by the booking company. From that moment their own privacy policy applies: they may set their own cookies and process your payment details directly. This site never sees your card number, your email or your booking confirmation.
